ARCHINION

= Architecture + Union

아키니언은 건축(Architecture)과 연방(Union)을 합쳐서 만들어진 단어입니다.
다양한 사람들 각자의 개성과 가치관을 존중하고, 통섭된 방향 으로 나아가는 건축연방입니다.

내 방에서 시작하여, 동네를 지나치며 마주하는 건물, 동네, 도시, 그리고 문화와 사회에 이르기 까지,
공간적, 문화적, 시대적 현안 을 건축이라는 사고의 틀로 연구하는 방입니다.

건축은 한사람의 힘으로 이루어 질 수 없습니다.
한사람의 독단적이고 강압적인 판단을 지양하고, 각 주체간 끝없는 수평적 소통으로 건축에 다가가려 합니다.

보편적 가치를 충족하고, 나아가 보편적 가치에 특별함을 줄 수 있는 건축적 해결책 을 제안하고자 합니다.
'Archinion' is a portmanteau of architecture and union.
We aim to create unique designs based on practicality by uniting diverse perspectives and personalities.

Beginning from a personal space, the vision expands—passing through neighborhoods, interacting with buildings, and encompassing cities, cultures, and the broader social context. We explore spatial, cultural, and contemporary challenges through an architectural perspective.
Architecture is inherently collaborative. We believe in avoiding unilateral or authoritative approaches, choosing instead to engage in continuous and open communication among all stakeholders to create meaningful architectural outcomes.Our goal is to provide architectural solutions that not only embody universal values but also enrich these values with distinctiveness and thoughtful design.

장 영 재 대표 | 소장 | 건축사 | KIRA 장영재는 아키니언 건축사사무소의 대표이며, 대한민국 건축사이다. 경기대학교에서 건축학을 전공하였고, ANU 디자인그룹 건축사사무소, LEAU 디자인 등에서 실무 경험을 쌓은 뒤 2021년 아키니언 건축사사무소를 개소하였다. 보편적 가치에 특별함을 더하는 건축적 해결책을 탐구하며, 설계와 현장, 공공건축 활동을 바탕으로 소통하는 건축 활동을 이어가고 있다.

Youngjae Jang | Principal Architect Youngjae Jang is the principal architect of Archinion Architectural Firm and a registered architect in Korea. He studied architecture at Kyonggi University and gained professional experience at ANU Design Group and LEAU Design before founding Archinion Architectural Firm in 2021. His practice explores architectural solutions that add distinct value to universal conditions, based on design, field experience, public architectural activities, and close communication with clients.

오인탁 | 디자이너 오인탁은 수원대학교에서 건축공학을 전공하였고, 연세대학교 일반대학원 건축공학과에서 건축학 석사 학위를 받았다. 공용공간의 의미와 역할에 주목하여, 공간의 유연성과 효율성을 탐구하고, 일상에 실용적이면서 공공성이 살아있는 공간을 만들어내고자 한다.

Intak Oh | Designer Intak Oh studied Architectural Engineering at the University of Suwon and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Yonsei University Graduate School. Focusing on the meaning and role of public spaces, he explores spatial flexibility and efficiency to design spaces that are both practical in everyday life and contribute to the public realm.

길주리 | 컨텐츠 매니저 길주리는 미국 노던주립대학교를 졸업하고 아키니언 건축사사무소에서 마케팅과 브랜딩, 콘텐츠 기획을 담당하고 있다. 아키니언의 건축적 철학을 보다 많은 이들에게 전하면서 건축을 쉽고 친근하게 접할 수 있게 하는 아키 커넥터(Archi-connector)로서의 역할을 한다.

Jooli Kil | Content Manager Jooli Kil graduated from Northern State University in the United States and is responsible for marketing, branding, and content planning at Archinion Architectural Firm. By sharing Archinion’s architectural philosophy with a wider audience, she serves as an Archi-connector in a way that makes architecture more relatable and accessible.
